ECMC and the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) have partnered with the Virginia Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (VASFAA), and the Virginia College Access Network (VirginiaCAN) to create a free step-by-step guide, which includes frequently asked questions, checklists, helpful tips and other valuable information.
